If you would like to be a part of the Harvest Golf League or would like more information, please sign up on the bulletin board. Our league plays on Thursday evenings at Mannito Golf Course in New Alexandria. This league is for both men and women.

Cookies are needed for Meals on Wheels the week of April 11th. We need at least 50 dozen cookies.

We will hold a church Sporting Clays Day on Saturday April 9th at 10:00am.

The event will be at Chestnut Ridge Sporting Clays: 6500 PA-982, Blairsville, PA 15717

• The 50 target course is $40 (1-1.5 hours)
• The 100 target course is $50 (2-3 hours)

Couples can share a course if desired

Beginners welcome. Please bring your own shotgun and ammunition. Bring extra shells and cash for warm up rounds with the wobble target thrower. Some ammo will be available for purchase onsite.

Wednesday March 9th is the annual church business meeting at 7:00pm and we invite all members of the church to attend. All children’s and youth events will be held tonight like normal.

Our next class at Harvest Bible Training Center begins Tuesday January 25th. It is entitled Angels, Demons, & Authority. Here is the course description:

This course examines the spiritual forces at work in the lives of all mankind and the authority that Christ Jesus gave to the sons of God to trample upon all works of the enemy. We study what the scriptures have to say about spiritual beings working on God’s behalf and those working on the enemy’s behalf. We work to obtain a balanced understanding of how angels and demons interact with our world and how God has empowered us to be agents of victory.

The class begins Tuesday January 25th and will run for 8 weeks on Tuesday nights. We will meet from 7:00-8:30pm in the fellowship hall. The cost is $30 for one person. $45 per couple. And for families it is +$5 for each additional member. As always, if the cost is a hurdle right now then just let us know.

If you have a medical concern, are uncomfortable coming together, or your schedule prohibits then you can take the class remotely in part or whole, please contact us for details. You can find the schedule and registration forms here.

On Christmas Eve Candlelight Service will be at the church at 6:00pm on Friday 12/24. All are welcome to come and celebrate the birth of our Savior!

Join us for Christmas Caroling at Derry Station, weather permitting, on Wednesday December 8th. We will meet at Derry Station at 7:00pm. Come and join us as we sing to help them start their Christmas season with joy!

Shoeboxes can be brought to the church up until Monday 11/22.

The Samaritan’s Purse project Operation Christmas Child collects shoebox gifts—filled with fun toys, school supplies and hygiene items—and delivers them to children in need around the world to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way. For many of these children, the gift-filled shoebox is the first gift they have ever received.
