Christmas Eve Service
Our Christmas Eve Candlelight Service will be held on Monday at 6:00pm. All are welcome to come and celebrate the birth of our Savior!
December Event & Outreach Schedule
Join us for the following outreaches and events this Christmas season. Wednesday activities will take the place of regular Wednesday night services and activities:
- Sunday Dec 2nd – Annual Church Family Dinner at 6:00pm
- Wednesday Dec 5th – Christmas caroling at Torrance State Hospital
- Wednesday Dec 12th – Christmas caroling at Derry Station, 7:00pm
- Wednesday Dec 19th – Christmas gift giving at Torrance State Hospital
- Monday Dec 24th – Christmas Eve Service at 6:00pm
- Wednesday Dec 26th – No service or activities
- Thursday Dec 27th – Game night at Derry Station at 5:30pm
Annual Church Family Dinner | December 2nd
The annual Church Family Dinner will be on Sunday December 2nd at 6:00pm. All of the main dishes will be provided. We will also be doing a grab bag gift exchange, so bring a gift to have some fun! All are welcome. Please sign up on the back bulletin board if you plan to attend and bring a dessert or a side dish to share.
Small Groups Starting Soon
If you would like to be a part of a small group, please sign up on the bulletin board. Come together for a time of fellowship, study, and encouragement.
Sacred Assembly | September 9th
Sunday September 9th at 10:00am we will be having a sacred assembly and encourage all members of the body to attend. The Lord has given a specific word for the church that we will be sharing during this service.

Back To School Outreach Is August 18th
It is time again for our annual back to school celebration! All are welcome!
What:Free clothing, school supplies, haircuts, lunch, games, and more!
When:Saturday August 18, 2018 from 9:00am – 1:00pm (We recommend you come early for the best selection)
Who:Young children, older children, teens, and adults, everyone! We have clothing and lunch for all ages and all sizes

Why: Several years ago Harvest Church began a clothing and school supplies outreach to the local community. The goal was to help children and families who were struggling with the financial and social pressures of back to school shopping and preparations.
It wasn’t long until the outreach grow into a full scale regional back to school celebration where families could get free clothing, accessories, haircuts, back to school supplies, lunch, and fun activities! God continues to use the event to help children and families with both simple and extraordinary needs. We invite you to come and celebrate with us!
Back To School Outreach Preparations
From now until August 18th we will be meeting at the Church every Wednesday night at 7:00pm to prepare for The Back To School Outreach. We need help sorting clothing, preparing shoes, cleaning, maintenance, etc. Please come out and lend a hand!
This year’s Outreach will be Saturday August 18, 2018 from 9:00am – 1:00pm. More information is available here.
VBS Meeting Thursday June 7th & Sunday June 10th
A Vacation Bible School meeting will be held on Thursday June 7th at 6:30 PM at the church and right after church on Sunday June 10th.
More helpers are needed to help make this year’s VBS a success, please attend the meetings, sign up on the bulletin board, or see Caryn Dettling for more information.
VBS begins on June 18th so please get involved right away.
